    Abstract: A solar cell includes: a first electrode layer, an active layer, and a second electrode layer that are sequentially stacked, and a semi-encapsulation layer, where the semi-encapsulation layer includes a planar portion located between the active layer and the second electrode layer and an encapsulating portion at least partially located on at least one side surface of the active layer. The planar portion of the semi-encapsulation layer located between the active layer and the second electrode layer can suppress the migration of active ions in the active layer to the second electrode layer, and the encapsulating portion of the semi-encapsulation layer at least partially located on at least one side surface of the active layer can block external water and oxygen, and reduce the degradation of the active layer under the action of water and oxygen.

    Abstract: A laminated solar cell includes, in order along an incident direction of sunlight, a first sub-cell, a tunneling structure, and a second sub-cell. The first sub-cell includes a first carrier transport layer, a first light absorption layer, and a second carrier transport layer arranged sequentially along the incident direction. The second sub-cell includes a third carrier transport layer, a second light absorption layer, and a fourth carrier transport layer arranged in the same direction. The tunneling structure, disposed between the first and second sub-cells, includes a main body material layer and an auxiliary material layer. The main body material layer includes a metal-doped metallic oxide and is located between the second carrier transport layer and the auxiliary material layer. The auxiliary material layer, comprising an N-type or P-type semiconductor material, is positioned between the main body material layer and the third carrier transport layer.

    Abstract: A perovskite solar cell and a photovoltaic module are provided. The perovskite solar cell includes a first electrode, a second electrode, a light absorbing layer, a hole transport layer, and an electron transport layer. The light absorbing layer is disposed between the first and second electrodes. The hole transport layer is positioned between the first electrode and the light absorbing layer, and the electron transport layer is positioned between the second electrode and the light absorbing layer. The solar cell further comprises a passivation layer disposed between the hole transport layer and the light absorbing layer and/or between the electron transport layer and the light absorbing layer. The passivation layer comprises at least two materials selected from an organic molecular passivation material, a metal oxide semiconductor material, and a metal halide. The passivation layer enhances device stability and photoelectric conversion efficiency.
