  • Publication number: 20060128288
Abstract: The present invention provides a conditioner for CMP pad required for global planarization of wafer to achieve high integration of a semiconductor element. The conditioner for CMP pad includes a metal substrate having abrasive particles fixed thereto, a plurality of abrasive particles fixed to the metal substrate, and a layer of metal binder fixing the abrasive particles to the metal substrate. The abrasive particles include at least one pattern. The pattern includes at least one row of abrasive particles and the abrasive particles include bigger abrasive particles and smaller abrasive particles. In addition, a diameter difference between smaller and bigger abrasive particles is 10 to 40%. The present invention ensures uniform dressing of conditioner, superior dressing efficiency and superior performance reproducibility.

  • Patent number: 7003655
Abstract: A BIOS configuration memory-clearing detection circuit and a method of clearing a BIOS configuration memory for computer main board uses a latching circuit to detect whether a user has set a clearing of the BIOS configuration memory. If the user has set a clearing of the BIOS configuration memory, the latching circuit sets a clearing latch signal. When the computer subsequently switches on, a ROM BIOS reads the status of the clearing latch signal. If the clearing latch signal is set, the ROM BIOS further clears the BIOS configuration memory to ensure the clearing operation is successful.

  • Publication number: 20050230081
Abstract: A heat dissipation device is made by skived-fin technology and has a thermal conductive portion and a plurality of fins. The fins are integrally formed with the thermal conductive portion. Each of the fins has a plurality of through holes, a top portion, and a bottom portion. The bottom portion of each fin connects with the thermal conductive portion with a curve. The thermal conductive portion, which is disposed on the bottom of the heat dissipation device, is integrally formed with the fins in one metal board.

  • Publication number: 20050140126
Abstract: Disclosed herein is an air bag case assembly for vehicles, which comprises a track mounted to an air bag case, and a rail mounted to the hub of a steering wheel and configured to allow the track to engage therein. In a state wherein the track is aligned so as to be engaged into grooves of the rail along a circumferential direction of the hub of the steering wheel, as the air bag case is rotated so that the track is inserted into the grooves of the rail, the track and rail are engaged with each other, thereby allowing the air bag case to be firmly assembled to the hub of the steering wheel.
