Abstract: A package structure and a method of forming the same are provided. The package structure includes a first die, a second die, a first encapsulant, and a buffer layer. The first die and the second die are disposed side by side. The first encapsulant encapsulates the first die and the second die. The second die includes a die stack encapsulated by a second encapsulant encapsulating a die stack. The buffer layer is disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant and covers at least a sidewall of the second die and disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant. The buffer layer has a Young's modulus less than a Young's modulus of the first encapsulant and a Young's modulus of the second encapsulant.

Abstract: An audio visualization method applied to an electronic device with a screen and a function of a silent mode is provided. The audio visualization method includes: determining whether the electronic device executes an audio/video program or not, where when the audio/video program is executed, an audio effect signal is generated; converting the audio effect signal into a two-channel signal and a multi-channel signal when the electronic device executes the audio/video program, where a channel count of the two-channel signal is less than that of the multi-channel signal; generating sound data according to the multi-channel signal when the electronic device is set to the silent mode; and generating an icon according to the sound data and presenting the icon on the screen. The disclosure also provides an audio visualization system.

Abstract: A device for measuring fluid includes a casing, and a weight sensing unit, a microprocessor, and a wireless communication unit. The weight sensing unit generates a weight signal corresponding to a weight of a cup and contents cup and contents rested on the casing. The microprocessor generates a control signal as to weight of the cup and contents each time the microprocessor receives the weight signal from the weight sensing unit. The microprocessor transmits the control signal to an electronic device wirelessly, commanding the electronic device to calculate current and cumulative water cup and contents each time the electronic device receives the control signal. The calculated water intake includes a current water intake and a cumulative water intake displayable for the information of the user.

The holder is configured to detachably engage with one of the supporting portions to support the portable electronic device at a predetermined supporting angle related to a placing spot of the portable electronic device. A portable electronic device employing the supporting structure is also disclosed.
