    Abstract: A trampoline is disclosed having a zipper, one half of which is attached to the outer portion of the jumping surface, the other half attached to the lower portion of the protective netting, so that the jumping surface and protective netting can be connected in a continuous fashion. The zipper is an open type zipper design, and preferably begins and ends in a position in proximity to a pole from which the protective netting is suspended. A second zipper is disclosed in the protective netting to allow for an open position and a closed position, such that when in the closed position, the second zipper tab is in proximity to the first zipper tab when closed, so that the two can be tethered together to discourage the zippers from becoming unzipped.

The multi-layered material includes a first foamed layer, a substrate, a second foamed layer, and a surface layer. The first foamed layer has a plurality of first cells. The substrate is a fabric. The second foamed layer has a plurality of second cells. The foaming method of the second foamed layer is different from that of the first foamed layer. The size of the second cells is different from that of the first cells. The variation in size of the second cells is different from that of the first cells. The surface layer is disposed on the second foamed layer. Thus, when the multi-layered material is used as a surface cover of a ball, it can provide excellent resilience and control, and improve manufacturing efficiency.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial leather having composite fibers and a method for making the same. The artificial leather includes a substrate and a flexible film. The substrate includes a plurality of composite fibers. Each composite fiber includes a first composition and a second composition. The first composition is a thermoplastic non-elastomer, and the second composition is a thermoplastic elastomer. The second composition accounts for 5% to 70% of the total weight of the composite fiber. The second composition at the intersecting points between the composite fibers is molten to form a flexible bonding point. The flexible film is located on a surface of the substrate, and the material of the flexible film is an elastic polymer or a latex. Therefore, the artificial leather has excellent textile sensation and physical properties.

The adhesion layer is disposed under the main layer, and the material of the adhesion layer is thermoplastic resin which is adhesive when being heated, so that the laminated material can be directly attached to another element, thereby simplifying the process and reducing cost.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an artificial leather and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the method of the invention, an elastic layer is disposed on a surface of a base material, a color pattern layer is disposed on an uneven surface of the elastic layer and a cover layer covers the color pattern layer, so as to form the artificial leather. The elastic layer includes a plurality of sparkling materials. By utilizing the sparkling materials, the color pattern layer and the uneven surface, the artificial leather has a sparkling effect at various angles by showing the gradation of the stacking particles (sparkling materials). In addition, the cover layer can protect the color pattern layer on the elastic layer, so that the color pattern layer has excellent sturdiness against peeling and light.
