    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit has a plurality of bit-line stacks disposed over a substrate and respectively including a plurality of bit-lines stacked onto one another. A data storage structure is over the plurality of bit-line stacks and a selector is over the data storage structure. A word-line is over the selector. The selector is configured to selectively allow current to pass between the plurality of bit-lines and the word-line. The plurality of bit-line stacks include a first bit-line stack, a second bit-line stack, and a third bit-line stack. The first and third bit-line stacks are closest bit-line stacks to opposing sides of the second bit-line stack. The second bit-line stack is separated from the first bit-line stack by a first distance and is further separated from the third bit-line stack by a second distance larger than the first distance.

The first buckling surface and the second buckling surface of at least two power supplies cooperate to be fastened. The conductive element is disposed to the first buckling surface and electrically connected with the at least one battery. The conductive connector is disposed to the second buckling surface. The conductive connector is electrically connected with the conductive element.

    Abstract: A battery fastening structure includes a surrounding unit and two buckling boards. The surrounding unit includes a plurality of surrounding boards foldable to form a hollow tubular shape. Two opposite ends of the surrounding unit have two opposite connecting ends. The two buckling boards are folded towards the surrounding unit to be buckled to the two opposite connecting ends of the surrounding unit, so that the plurality of the surrounding boards are folded to form the hollow tubular shape, and an accommodating space is surrounded among the two buckling boards and the surrounding unit. An outer surface of the surrounding unit is equipped with a plurality of fastening elements. At least two surrounding units are buckled and integrated with each other by virtue of the plurality of the fastening elements of the at least two surrounding units being fastened with each other.
