    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an integrated circuit. The integrated circuit has a plurality of bit-line stacks disposed over a substrate and respectively including a plurality of bit-lines stacked onto one another. A data storage structure is over the plurality of bit-line stacks and a selector is over the data storage structure. A word-line is over the selector. The selector is configured to selectively allow current to pass between the plurality of bit-lines and the word-line. The plurality of bit-line stacks include a first bit-line stack, a second bit-line stack, and a third bit-line stack. The first and third bit-line stacks are closest bit-line stacks to opposing sides of the second bit-line stack. The second bit-line stack is separated from the first bit-line stack by a first distance and is further separated from the third bit-line stack by a second distance larger than the first distance.

The control module generates a first control signal for controlling the first path and a second control signal for controlling the second path. When an input voltage value received by the path module is less than a first threshold and a boosting operation is performed for the first time, the control module generates the first control signal to interrupt the first path to stop outputting the input power, and adjusts a duty cycle of the second control signal to a first duty cycle based on an input current value and the input voltage value, so as to stabilize an output voltage value.

    Abstract: A power supply apparatus and a control method thereof are provided. Power conversion is performed according to a switching signal group to provide an output voltage and an output current. An error value between the output voltage and a reference voltage is multiplied by a proportional parameter to obtain a proportional result. The error value is multiplied by an integration parameter to obtain a first calculation value which is then accumulated over time to obtain an integration result. When a slope of the output current is greater than a reference slope and a slope of the output voltage is negative, the slope of the output voltage is multiplied by a differential parameter to obtain a second calculation value which is then added to the integration result over time. A duty cycle of the switching signal group is adjusted according to the sum of the proportional result and the integration result.

    Abstract: A power converter device includes a first phase-shift full-bridge circuit, a second phase-shift full-bridge circuit, a detector circuit, and a control circuit. The control circuit controls the first phase-shift full bridge circuit and the second phase-shift full bridge circuit. The control circuit disables the second phase-shift full-bridge circuit when the output current is less than a first predetermined value. The control circuit enables the second phase-shift full-bridge circuit when the output current is equal to or greater than the first predetermined value. The control circuit controls a synchronous switching circuit of the second phase-shift full-bridge circuit to operate in a traditional control mode when the output current is equal to or greater than a second predetermined value and a duty cycle of a phase-shift switching circuit is equal to or greater than a third predetermined value. The second predetermined value is greater than the first predetermined value.

    Abstract: An output shaft locking device for a power tool includes a positioning ring having a circular inner periphery and an output shaft extends through the positioning ring. Two activation members are between the positioning ring and the output shaft. Each activation member has a first protrusion on a central portion of one side thereof, and a second protrusion and a third protrusion are on two ends of the other side thereof. The first protrusions of the two activation members contact the output shaft, and the second protrusions and the third protrusions face the circular inner periphery of the positioning ring. When the output shaft rotates clockwise, the activation members are pushed outward and the second protrusions contact the positioning ring which applies a reaction force to pivot the activation members so that the third protrusions contact the positioning member to lock the output shaft from rotation.
