    Abstract: A method for manufacturing circuit substrate structure and its product are provided. Firstly, an attached enhancement portion having rough surfaces is formed on a surface of a carrier through a roughing process, and a catalyst is disposed on a surface of the attached enhancement portion. Finally, a metal layer is formed on the attached enhancement portion after reacting with the catalyst through chemical plating reduction.
