Publication number: 20120064233Abstract: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing an MMO anode using reel-to-reel continuous coating and heat treatment, including continuously coating a surface of a metal substrate with an MMO (Mixed Metal Oxide) coating solution using a continuous coater and passing the metal substrate through a heat pretreatment furnace and a heat treatment furnace to form an MMO coating layer on the surface of the metal substrate. When a long wire type MMO anode is manufactured, a uniform coating layer is formed thanks to the use of reel-to-reel continuous coating and heat treatment under uniform conditions, thus increasing durability and quality of the long wire type MMO anode.
