The resin layer of the carbon and flexible carbon fiber according to the present disclosure is uniformly coated on the carbon fiber, such that a breakage of the carbon fiber during the conductive carbon fiber production process may be prevented. In addition, the metal plating layer having the uniform thickness is plated on the resin layer having the uniform thickness, such that the electric conductivity of the carbon fiber may be improved and the flexibility of the carbon fiber may also be increased. In addition, a production process of the carbon and flexible carbon fiber according to the present disclosure is simplified, such that the production cost and time may be saved.
