Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for sharing profits with beneficiaries designated by a recommender who evaluates goods of an on-line shopping mall or an on-line portal site etc. (hereinafter, an e-trading system), when a purchaser connects to the e-trading platform and buys goods of the e-trading platform through the evaluation contents. The system includes a web server for administrating general purchasing procedures and performing other functions, an information providing arrangement for providing access to information on the goods including a beneficiary identifying code by connecting to the sales web page of the e-trading platform, and a profit sharing server for distributing the profit to the designated beneficiary, when any purchaser buys the goods or services at the web page of the e-trading platform including the beneficiary identifying codes through the recommendation contents.
