The method includes the steps of: (a) creating a connection(s) among images of a specific object respectively included in at least two panoramic images, if some objects included in the at least two panoramic images are recognized as the specific object by referring to information on shooting places of multiple panoramic images and information on directions of respective objects on the multiple panoramic images; and (b) matching an image of a certain object inputted as a query with at least one of images included in a specific connection and providing a search result for the query by referring to a result of the image matching process and the specific connection.

Abstract: The present invention includes a method for removing redundancy of panoramic images. The method includes the steps of: (a) specifying respective locations of multiple panoramic images by referring to respective shooting places of the multiple panoramic images; (b) recognizing a specific object included in each of at least two panoramic images as the identical object by referring to the respective locations of the multiple panoramic images and respective directions of the specific object therein; and (c) determining top n images of the specific object considered to have top n degrees of precision in an image matching process among all the object images which are recognized as the identical object as a reference image(s) for the specific object.

Abstract: The present invention includes a method for providing different images by referring to angles of a terminal. The method includes the steps of: (a) if the angle falls under an angular range which includes 0 degree with respect to the horizontal plane, setting a content provided through the terminal to be map information, if the angle falls under an angular range which includes 90 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, setting a content provided through the terminal to be preview image, and if the angle falls under an angular range which includes 180 degrees with respect to the horizontal plane, setting a content provided through the terminal to be weather; (b) acquiring information on the angle by using a sensor; (c) creating information on an image based on the set content; and (d) providing a user with the created information.

More particularly, a method and an apparatus for analyzing a posture of a person from image data, i.e., a face posture and a body posture of the person, displaying, according to information on the posture of the person, at least one of candidate regions in which products are attached to the body of the person in the image data on a screen of a terminal of a user, and, if the user selects any one of the candidate regions, providing the terminal with information on products same as or similar to an image of a specific product included in the selected candidate region.

Abstract: A method for transmitting an image of a person based on tag information, includes the steps of: acquiring an image of a specific person; retrieving an address related to the specific person from tag information attached to the image of the specific person; and transmitting the image of the specific person to the retrieved address. As a result, the user can easily transmit the image of the person to one who has relation to the person. Moreover, methods for displaying an image of a caller, and retrieving images of a desired person based on the tag information is also disclosed.

Abstract: Provided are a method for attaching a geographical tag to digital data and a method for providing geographical name information for geotagging. When a digital device periodically provides its position information, the server creates a position database. When the digital device requests geographical name information associated with the digital data, the server estimates the position of the digital device at a time when the digital data was created and transmits geographical name information corresponding to the estimated position to the digital device. The digital device attaches the geographical name information to the digital data.

Abstract: A method for attaching tag information to an image of a person, includes the steps of: acquiring an image of a certain person; retrieving from a database a plurality of candidates having top N probabilities of being determined as the certain person and displaying the retrieved candidates on a screen of a terminal; providing a user with a pointing service capable of selecting a specific candidate among the displayed candidates; and attaching one or more tags to the image of the certain person by using tag information having been attached about the specific candidate who is selected by the user by the pointing service. As a result, the GUI may be provided to a mobile phone, capable of assisting the user to tag the image of the certain person easily. Therefore, the image of the certain person can be easily classified and searched by using the tag attached thereto.

Abstract: A method for helping a user to create digital data by informing if at least one face is fully included in a frame which is a predetermined area in a screen of a digital apparatus, includes the steps of: detecting the face and tracking the detected face during a preview state in which the face is displayed on the screen of the digital apparatus; testing whether the whole area of the detected face is placed in the frame of the screen or not; and providing feedback to the user that at least part of the whole area of the detected face is not placed in the frame of the screen until the whole area of the face is encompassed in the frame. It may help the user to take the photographs of himself or herself easily at the pose the user wants to take.

Abstract: There are provided a method and a system for detecting a logogram from a digital content, recognizing the detected logogram, and providing a user with a variety of information associated with the logogram. In detail, the method and the system acquire a plurality of logograms associated with digital content producers, store the acquired logograms in a logogram database, compare the detected logogram with the logograms stored in the logogram database, determine whether the detected logogram matches any one of the logograms stored in the logogram database, and provide information to the user viewing the digital content or information on the content distribution to the corresponding digital content producer based on the logogram if the detected logogram matches at least one specific logogram stored in the logogram database.

Abstract: A method for attaching a tag to digital data provided from a digital device in a digital data management system includes the steps of: attaching the tag to the digital data automatically according to attributes and contents of the digital data. Moreover, a system for managing digital data produced in a digital device includes: a transceiver for transmitting and receiving the digital data; a database for storing and managing the digital data; and a database engine including a processing unit for automatically extracting a tag from the digital data and then assigning the tag to the digital data. By using the method and the system, a user manages the digital data and shares them with other users. The notable effect is that it provides various tag information in a useful form to the users.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a method and a system for filtering the harmful content (s) which includes a filter group for providing an optimized filter for each category; a matching engine for monitoring harmfulness of the content by matching it with existing lewd contents recorded in a pornographic content database and/or advertising contents recorded in an advertising content database; an interface part which provides a user with information on a degree of similarity between the inputted content and the harmful contents recorded in the above-mentioned database which is calculated through the matching process in order to increase the filtering accuracy; and information on a degree of harmfulness of the content calculated in the filter group; and information on a user who created or distributed the content. Accordingly, it is possible to filter adult contents or advertising contents with much higher accuracy by three harmful content blocking steps.
