  • Patent number: 11961777
Abstract: A package structure and a method of forming the same are provided. The package structure includes a first die, a second die, a first encapsulant, and a buffer layer. The first die and the second die are disposed side by side. The first encapsulant encapsulates the first die and the second die. The second die includes a die stack encapsulated by a second encapsulant encapsulating a die stack. The buffer layer is disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant and covers at least a sidewall of the second die and disposed between the first encapsulant and the second encapsulant. The buffer layer has a Young's modulus less than a Young's modulus of the first encapsulant and a Young's modulus of the second encapsulant.

  • Patent number: 8533257
Abstract: Present embodiments are directed to a system and method for facilitating communication between an external application stored on an external computer and an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system component without utilizing a format of the ERP system. Present embodiments function to receive configurable material in a first data format from the external application into a user control stored on the external computer and convert the configurable material into a second data format with the user control. Additionally, present embodiments operate to make the configurable material available in the second data format to a server-side scripting component of an ERP system. Further, present embodiments function to receive a response object from the server-side scripting component in a third data format and convert the response object into configuration data in the first data format with the user control, and transmit the configuration data in the first data format to the external application with the user control.

  • Patent number: 7190382
Abstract: A technique for generating a physical representation of networked components makes use of data stored within the individual components, which may be polled by a monitoring station. The data includes identification of the respective component, and data representative of a physical disposition of the component in the system. Based upon the data, the monitoring station builds a physical representation of the system, including approximately accurate physical representations of the individual components with identifying labels, facilitating monitoring and servicing of the components.

  • Patent number: 6825860
Abstract: A technique is provided for generating, resizing and rescaling an image. The image may be of a physical system, and may be based upon data collected from components via a data network. Elements in the image are associated into logical groups. The image is displayed in a display area, the dimensions of which may be changed by a user. Upon a change in a first dimension of the display area, the image is rescaled so as to maintain an original aspect ratio of the image. Resizing of the display area in a second direction does not rescale the image, but changes the number of logical groups displayed.
