In the manufacturing method, the metal layer used when forming the graphene electrode is not removed after forming the graphene, and the metal layer is patterned to be used as the electrode wiring, such that the removal process of the metal layer and the forming process of the electrode wiring are unified into one. Accordingly, in the manufacturing process of the touch panel using the graphene as the transparent electrode, the manufacturing process is simplified.
