The interferometer measures a measurement target by completely isolating influences of externally occurring vibrations from a frequency domain. The interferometer includes a light source unit for emitting light. A light transmission unit radiates the light emitted from the light source unit to the measurement target, splits light reflected from the measurement target into reference light and measurement light, and allows the reference light and the measurement light to interfere with each other, thus generating an interference fringe. A continuous phase scanning unit for radiates the reference light split by the light transmission unit through continuous phase scanning.

After the elapse of an already set time period, when the audio signal is sensed, this method records the video by varying the recording speed and video resolution from super-high speed and high video resolution into low-speed and low video resolution at a time interval which is already set. Therefore, it becomes possible to obtain the specific information about the video data which is important in an unmanned security system.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to vibration-insensitive point-diffraction interferometry. For the purpose of obtaining high immunity to vibration, a single-mode optical fiber is used to generate the reference wave, by means of point diffraction, directly from a measurement wave reflected from test objects. The capability of vibration desensitization is further strengthened by adding a spatial phase-shift device that enables four interferograms of different amounts of phase shift to be obtained simultaneously with no time delay between interferograms. The present invention may be effectively used in the design of measuring systems for in-line applications where measurements need to be performed in the presence of significant levels of vibration.
