Abstract: A method of manufacturing a semiconductor device includes: providing a substrate, the substrate defining a logic region and a memory region; depositing a bottom electrode layer across the logic region and the memory region; depositing a magnetic tunnel junction (MTJ) layer over the bottom electrode layer; depositing a first conductive layer over the MTJ layer; depositing a sacrificial layer over the first conductive layer; etching the sacrificial layer in the memory region to expose the first conductive layer in the memory region while keeping the first conductive layer in the logic region covered; depositing a second conductive layer in the memory region and the logic region; patterning the second conductive layer to expose the MTJ layer in the memory region; and etching the patterned second conductive layer and the MTJ layer to form a top electrode and an MTJ, respectively, in the memory region.

Abstract: A backlight module includes a light source, a first prism sheet disposed on the light source, and a light type adjustment sheet disposed on a side of the first prism sheet away from the light source and including a base and multiple light type adjustment structures. The multiple light type adjustment structures are disposed on the first surface of the base. Each light type adjustment structure has a first structure surface and a second structure surface connected to each other. The first structure surface of each light type adjustment structure and the first surface of the base form a first base angle therebetween, and the second structure surface of each light type adjustment structure and the first surface of the base form a second base angle therebetween. The angle of the first base angle is different from the angle of the second base angle.

Abstract: A dynamic domain name service (DDNS) system and an automatic registration method are described. The system includes a network device and a dynamic domain name server (DNS). The method includes the following steps. Account information is input through a user interface of the network device. The network device is connected to a corresponding dynamic DNS through Internet according to the account information and is registered. The registered network device continuously updates an IP address automatically for the dynamic DNS.

Abstract: A method for analyzing a network environment, is provided. First acquiring a plurality of connection data of all network cards of a terminal device is performed. Then, according to connection data, determining whether or not a terminal device uses a PPPoE connection to connect to a network system. Finally, determining whether or not an IP address of the terminal device is a public IP address and determining whether or not the terminal device uses DHCP to acquire a target IP address.

Abstract: A method and devices for linking an audiovisual capture device, which enable an operator to use a terminal device at his end to locate an audiovisual capture device installed at another end through a network architecture, thereby facilitating the Implementation of the subsequent installation and setting operations. The method includes: execution of a first processing procedure by the audiovisual capture device, and execution of a second processing procedure by the terminal device. After the two processing procedures have been completed, the information linking is effected between the terminal device and the audiovisual capture device, which enables the operator to use the terminal device to execute installation and setting up of the audiovisual capture device.
