Abstract: A method includes depositing a first passivation layer over a conductive feature, wherein the first passivation layer has a first dielectric constant, forming a capacitor over the first passivation layer, and depositing a second passivation layer over the capacitor, wherein the second passivation layer has a second dielectric constant greater than the first dielectric constant. The method further includes forming a redistribution line over and electrically connecting to the capacitor, depositing a third passivation layer over the redistribution line, and forming an Under-Bump-Metallurgy (UBM) penetrating through the third passivation layer to electrically connect to the redistribution line.

The second hollow tube body comprises a protrusion end to correspondingly, tightly fit with the first hollow tube body, and an air inlet at the other end. The first hollow tube body comprises scale holes, at least two semitone holes near the passing hole, first air outlets, the first air outlets being between the two semitone holes. The second hollow tube body further comprises a second air outlet. Via combination of the first hollow tube body and the second hollow tube body, different tones are generated by covering the scale holes and the semitone holes. The refill can be disposed into the writing instrument, and a nib of the refill can protrude outside of the writing instrument from the passing hole.

Abstract: A writing instrument is disclosed. More specifically, the writing instrument has a blowing function. The writing instrument comprises a penholder with the blowing function and a refill with a writing function. The penholder is composed of a first tube body with a hollow main body connected to a second tube body with a hollow main body. The first tube body is separated from or locked with the second tube body. The first tube body and the second tube body have air inlets and a plurality of scale holes respectively. Accordingly, the writing instrument does not only have the writing function, but also provides the blowing function for wind instruments. The entertainment of the writing instrument is then improved. The value added is also increased to have the economic efficiency.

Abstract: A flat sewing device without bobbins is provided that includes an oblong case, a plurality of gears, shuttle casing, a shuttle, and a large spool of sewing thread. The gears are connected with one another to rotate the shuttle. A pinion rotated by a driving spindle rotatably engages a driving gear. The driving gear rotatably drives a second pinion mounted on a hollow driving axial rod. The hollow driving axial rod is coupled to the shuttle and the sewing thread passes through the hollow driving axial rod.
