    Abstract: A cooking machine includes a microwave heating body, a transferring member for the cooking carrier, a transferring member for dish delivering and a cooking carrier for holding a object. The microwave heating body is moved up and down relative to the cooking carrier, and is correspondingly combined with the cooking carrier to form a heating cavity. The cooking carrier is pivotally arranged on the transferring member for the cooking carrier, and is movable to an initial position and a heating position. A cleaning assembly and a dish delivering member are arranged on the transferring member for dish delivering, and are movable to a position below the cooking carrier by turns. Thereby, the cooking carrier with the object can be cooked when moved to the heating position, and then moved to the initial position and turned to allow the cooked object to fall on the dish delivering member.

    Abstract: A modular heating system includes many composite heating modules, each with a microwave resonant cavity for accommodating an object. Each is separable into two parts. One part is a microwave heating semi-cavity which includes a microwave guiding device fixed on the machine frame, and the other part is a conductive heating semi-cavity which is transferrable as a carrier of heating object. The heat-receiving object is placed into a sealed container and positioned in the microwave resonant cavity. The microwaves propagated by the microwave guiding device can heat up the object. The sealed container is configured to sustain the outward expansion pressure due to the temperature rise in the object. The microwave resonant cavities act individually and do not affect each other. They are modular so as to provide the modular heating system with the flexibility to increase or decrease the module numbers for each production line.

    Abstract: A microwave heating system heats a hermetic container loaded with a heated object. The hermetic container is accommodated and given pressure by a microwave transparent and pressure resistant module, and is fixed onto a transporting device in a cyclic course. Microwave is generated by a microwave heating device to perform heating. The hermetic container is stirred while the transport device carries and moves the hermetic container. The temperature of the hermetic container or the heated object is measured by a temperature measuring module. The number of times to stir and repeatedly heat the heated object are appropriately determined in the design of the system. The output power and heating time of the microwave heating device and the transmission speed of the transporting device are adjustable during operations of the system, hence forming a closed-loop temperature control system.

    Abstract: A microwave sterilizing device includes a container supplying device, a container transport device, a sterilizing sprayer, a microwave cavity unit and a microwave generating device. The container supplying device may supply containers in a continuous manner. The container transport device has a starting point and an end point and the containers are moved from the starting point to the end point on the container transport device. The container supplying device is disposed near the starting point. The sterilizing sprayer can spray germicide onto the inside and outside of each container. The microwave cavity unit can allow the passage of the containers. The microwave generating device is disposed outside of the microwave cavity unit and can generate microwave which is fed into the microwave cavity unit to heat up the germicide remained on the internal walls of each container so as to sterilize the container.
