    Abstract: A nozzle of a spray gun includes an air cap, a board, a cover and a nozzle. The air cap has a central path. The central path has a first inner periphery and a second inner periphery which is larger than the first inner periphery. Two guide faces each are a tapered face which is connected between the first and second inner peripheries of the central path of the air cap. The two guide faces are located symmetrically relative to the central path. Two air holes are respectively defined between the two guide faces and the nozzle. The air flow from the guide faces interests the air flow form the air holes to increase the range of the air flow to guide the paint in the paint path to be ejected from the nozzle.

    Abstract: A spray gun includes a body in which a motor unit is received. A cylinder is located in the barrel of the spray gun. A cap is connected to the barrel and a container is connected to the cap. A pressure-charging path and a paint path are connected to the cylinder. A hose is located in the container and connected with the paint path. The air pressure from the motor unit enters into the container via the pressure-charging path to pump the paint in the container to the nozzle. A circular pressure-charging member is mounted to the hose and connected to the cylinder. The pressure-charging member is located in the container. An aperture is defined through the pressure-charging member and communicates with the container. The paint in the container is separated from the pressure-charging path by the pressure-charging member and cannot flow back through the aperture.

    Abstract: A spray gun includes a handle, an air unit, an adjustment knob, a trigger, an air path a container. A body is connected to the rear end of the air unit and a nozzle is connected to the front end of the body. The nozzle has a paint way defined therethrough and the head part of the probe is inserted into the paint way. The probe is pivotably connected to the trigger and the probe is pulled backward by pulling the trigger. The probe returns by the spring. The head part has a positioning member and the probe has an insertion which is engaged with the positioning member to connect the head part to the probe. The head part is located in the nozzle. When replacing the nozzle or cleaning the nozzle, only the head part is needed to be removed from the spray gun.

The nozzle extends through the central hole. Multiple resilient members are located on the back face of the air cap and push the back board to contact the air cap constantly. The air cap includes protrusion on the back face and the back board includes notches in its front face so that when rotating the air cap relative to the back board, the user is acknowledged the angle that the air cap is rotated.

Two recesses are defined in two sides of the cylinder and two pawls are pivotably connected to the two sidewalls of the positioning member. Each pawl includes a first end and a second end, the first end of each pawl extends through the hole and engaged with the recess corresponding thereto. The first end can be pivoted out from the recess by pressing the second end of each of the pawls when the cylinder is slid in the guide slots.
