The ramp signal generating apparatus includes N (N is a natural number) ramp signal generating cells that are connected in series to each other. Each of the ramp signal generating cells includes a power voltage unit for supplying current source, a latch unit for latching an output voltage of the power voltage unit, and a switch unit for outputting the voltage latched by the latch unit as an output voltage in response to an input signal.

Abstract: Disclosed is a lactic acid-containing composition for inducing animal ovarian dysfunction, designed to increase meat production by causing ovarian dysfunction within animals. The composition comprises 10 to 90% by weight of lactic acid and 10 to 90% by weight of an adjuvant, having a pH of 1˜5. When locally injected into the ovary, the composition causes the ovarian tissue to lose its function, suppressing the estrus of the animals that thus improve in growth and appetite, with a consequent increase in meat production. Also, because even one injection of the lactic acid-based composition at a small dose can accomplish ovarian dysfunction, no lactic acid is left in the meat as well as the animals. Moreover, the composition, even though administered, does not require a drug-free interval, nor cause an increase in blood lactic acid level, and thus can produce animal products suitable for hormone-free certification.

Abstract: A welding jig for pedicle screw has a jig core, a head holder, and a pair of wing holders. The jig core includes a first mounting part inserted into a screw head of a pedicle screw, and a second mounting part to which a pair of wings to be welded to the screw head are attached to an outer surface thereof. The head holder covers the screw head and locks the screw head to the first mounting part, and the pair of wing holders covers the pair of wings and locks the pair of wings to the second mounting part by being coupled to each other. A welding apparatus for pedicle screw includes the welding jig for pedicle screw, a turntable, and a welding torch. The turntable has the jig locked thereto, and the welding torch applies power to the welding regions of the wings and the screw head.

Abstract: The present invention is to enhance the stability and enzyme activity of an L-arabitol dehydrogenase derived from Neurospora crassa using techniques from quantum mechanics and molecular mechanics and partial mutation techniques. More specifically, the present invention relates to a method for preparing an L-arabitol dehydrogenase in which a residue which affects enzyme stability is found through a screening based on quantum mechanics and molecular mechanics, and enzyme activity is enhanced by mutation of the found residue, nucleic acid molecules encoding the L-arabitol dehydrogenase, a vector including the nucleic acid molecules, a transformant including the vector, a mutant of the L-arabitol dehydrogenase and an improved L-arabitol dehydrogenase.
