    Abstract: A data output buffer in a semiconductor device is disclosed. A data output buffer can decrease noise generated in a power line when the output data is inverted, by equalizing the output voltage of the output buffer to a reference voltage when the output buffer outputs a "HIGH" potential voltage to constantly maintain the output voltage regardless of variation in the operating voltage of the output buffer.
