  • Publication number: 20250130703
Abstract: A method for providing 3-dimensional (3D) vehicle contents includes importing 3D vehicle data. The method also includes acquiring bill of materials (BOM) data based on options for a vehicle to be displayed. The method further includes searching for part numbers, included in the BOM data, in the 3D vehicle data to activate relevant parts. The method also includes exporting the activated relevant parts in the 3D vehicle data as 3D vehicle content data. The method additionally includes displaying 3D vehicle contents on a user screen.

  • Patent number: 11642825
Abstract: A polyester-based film having excellent scratch resistance, durability, transparency, and visibility and a process for preparing the same. The polyester-based film comprises a base layer and a coating layer on at least one side of the base layer. The light passage according to Relationship 1 is 91% or more, or the total transmittance for light of 380 nm to 780 nm is 92% or more, it has excellent optical properties, durability, visibility, and reliability. Thus, it can be applied to display devices such as smartphones, tablet PCs, and laptops. In addition, in the polyester-based film according to an embodiment, the strain with respect to tensile load satisfies a specific range, whereby it is possible to achieve the flexibility that hardly causes deformation even when a certain load is maintained for a long period of time. Thus, it can be applied to flexible display devices, particularly, foldable display devices.

  • Publication number: 20230140696
Abstract: Provided is a method of optimizing parameter intervals of manufacturing processes based on prediction intervals. The method includes: collecting process data by applying an experiment design method to a target process; training a second-order polynomial regression model based on the collected process data; estimating importance values of each input variable with respect to each output variable using the second-order polynomial regression model; defining an objective function for process optimization based on the second-order polynomial regression model; optimizing each parameter value by applying an optimization algorithm to the defined objective function; and optimizing each parameter interval including the optimized parameter value in an input space using the prediction interval of the second-order polynomial regression model.

  • Patent number: 11366359
Abstract: Embodiments relate to an optical film and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same. More specifically, the embodiments relate to an optical film that is excellent in optical characteristics and has no polarization unevenness since it comprises a base layer that has a low in-plane retardation and a low thickness direction retardation and has an excellent adhesiveness by virtue of a proper level of surface tension, a process for preparing the same, and a liquid crystal display device comprising the same.
