  • Publication number: 20080129856
Abstract: A color filter array of a CMOS image sensor according to an example embodiment may include microlenses, color filters, and/or pixels. The microlenses may be configured to condense incident light. The color filters may be configured to extract colors from light passed through the microlenses. The pixels may be configured to receive colors from the color filters. The color filters may include yellow, green, and cyan filters. A transmission spectrum of select filters may be shifted to offset crosstalk effects from peripheral pixels based on a measured wavelength variation in each select pixel.

  • Publication number: 20060108618
Abstract: A CMOS image sensor having buried channel MOS transistors is disclosed. The CMOS image sensor includes a photo converting device and a source follower transistor. The photo converting device generates a current signal and changes a voltage of a floating node in response to energy of an incident light. The source follower transistor has a source region doped with a first conductivity-type material, a drain region doped with the first conductivity-type material, a gate region doped with a second conductivity-type material that is complementary to the first conductivity-type material, and a buried channel having the first conductivity-type material. The buried channel is formed between the source region and the drain region and under the gate region.

  • Patent number: 6083543
Abstract: An electrical thermostatic pressure cooker and cooking control method thereof is disclosed. The method includes the steps of determining whether a frying (includes roasting, browning and sauteing) cooking is set, setting a cooking time period when frying cooking is determined to have been set, continuing the heating operation for a predetermined time until the temperature in the cooker reaches a predetermined temperature (T4) after a start button is pressed, halting the heating operation and generating a buzzer sound when the temperature in the cooker has reached the predetermined temperature (T4), determining whether cooking is completed while controlling the heating operation so as to maintain a temperature range (T5-T6) when the cooking proceeds after the ingredient to be cooked is input, and completing the cooking operation after generating the buzzer sound when the cooking is completed such that T4>T6>T5.
