Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a camera device and a method of controlling an object equipped with the camera device. The camera device, which is mounted on the object, includes a body forming an accommodation space, and a control module located in the accommodation space, and controlling a mode of the camera device to correspond to one of a first mode and a second mode based on input information. When the mode of the camera device corresponds to the first mode, the camera device controls the object, and when the mode of the camera device corresponds to the second mode, the camera device transmits acquired image information to another device connected to the object and controlling the object.

Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a time of flight (ToF) camera module and a camera device. The camera device includes a body forming an accommodation space, and a ToF camera module located in the accommodation space. The ToF camera module includes a light source unit located on one surface of a first substrate, a ToF lens unit receiving light emitted from the light source unit, a ToF sensor unit located on one surface of a second substrate connected to the first substrate by a first connector, and receiving light passing through the ToF lens unit, and an idle space formed on a side of the other surface of the first substrate. The light source unit and the ToF lens unit are located in a first layer, and the ToF sensor unit is located in a second layer different from the first layer.

The camera device and an electronic apparatus including the same according to an embodiment of the present disclosure include: a color camera; an IR camera; and a processor configured to separate a foreground region and a background region of an IR image from the IR camera, and to filter a color image from the color camera based on the separated foreground or background region, and generate a bokeh image for the color image. Accordingly, by using the IR image from the IR camera, the bokeh image for the color image from the color camera may be simply generated.
