Abstract: In a system for automatically manufacturing a pipe spool, when information on a pipe spool is input to a control unit, manufacturing of a spool pipe by cutting an original pipe, processing of a spool pipe, processing of a connection member, manufacturing of a straight pipe spool by welding a spool pipe to a connection member, and manufacturing a three-dimensional spool by welding a straight pipe spool to the other straight pipe spool or a connection member may be automatically performed by a sensor, an automatic device or a robot included in each process and the control unit connected to each of the devices.

Abstract: There is provided a method for etching a silicon-containing film. The method includes: introducing a substrate having a first silicon-containing film and a second silicon-containing film into a process chamber of an etching apparatus; supplying at least one etching gas including F3NO into the process chamber; applying a predetermined power to the process chamber maintained at a predetermined pressure to generate direct plasma in the process chamber; and etching the first silicon-containing film on the substrate by reactive species (radicals) of the etching gas activated by the direct plasma. The predetermined pressure is set within a predetermined range in which the slope of the etch rate of the first silicon-containing film with respect to the pressure differs from the slope of the etch rate of the second silicon-containing film with respect to the pressure in terms of sign.

Abstract: An earphone having an under hanger reduces movement of the earphone from vibrations that occur while a user is typically in motion. The earphone preferably includes: a housing for housing a speaker therein; a protector installed in a front surface of the housing and having a mesh for delivering a sound from the speaker; and an under hanger provided at a lower part of the housing to closely contact along a lower part of the rear side of an earflap of a user. The provision of an under hanger in a lower part of the earphone prevents from being easily separated from a user's ear. Further, by providing an under hanger made of a soft material, as the earphone closely contacts with the user's ear, a sound quality is improved and a wearing feeling of the earphone is improved.

Abstract: A wireless audio output device, a wireless audio output system including the same and a control method thereof are disclosed. When a user approaches the output device, while listening to music on a portable device, the output device automatically connects the wireless audio output system to the portable device, to reproduce the music of the portable device. The control method includes detecting the user, detecting the portable device if the user is sensed, and outputting an audio file being reproduced by the portable device using the wireless audio output system, if the portable device is detected.
