Abstract: An antistatic agent for polyolefin and an antistatic polyethylene film including the same, wherein the antistatic agent is configured to include a hydrophilic block and a hydrophobic block which are connected by an ether or an ester bond in a weight ratio of 1:0.1˜100, and formed of a block copolymer having a weight-average molecular weight of 10 to 100 kDa is provided. The antistatic polyethylene film including a block copolymer antistatic agent according to the present disclosure allows minimized bleed outs or mobility, so the cleanliness (degree of cleanness) is very high, and has a desired antistatic effect even without the use of additional additives, and it has similar physical properties and workability to that of the base resin, polyolefin.

Abstract: The present invention relates to a proxy apparatus and to a caching method of same. The caching method of the proxy apparatus according to one embodiment of the present invention includes the steps of: receiving a transmission request for content that can be divided into a plurality of blocks and instruction information for the playback position of the content from an external device; obtaining a header block that includes the header of the content when receiving the transmission request; identifying an intermediate block that corresponds to the playback position using the header; requesting and obtaining the intermediate block through a network when the identified intermediate block is not cached in the proxy apparatus; and transmitting to the external device at least a portion of the header and at least a portion of the intermediate block corresponding to the request.

Abstract: A handover method at a source eNB (enhanced Node B) of a mobile communication system is provided. The method includes, in case a request message for providing content is received from UE (User Equipment), checking whether the content is stored in a cache thereof, and therefore transmitting the content to the UE, in case a handover request message is received from the UE, transmitting a content confirmation request message, which requests confirmation of whether the content is stored in a cache, to a target eNB to which the UE is to be handed over, and in case a content confirmation response message is received from the target eNB, transmitting context information, which is information about contents offered to the UE, to the target eNB.

Abstract: A height adjustable folding work platform includes two footplates, a footplate folding portion that foldably connects the footplates, two legs, and two leg folding portions, each of which connect the leg to the outer end of the footplate. Each of the legs includes two support legs and a plurality of cross members that connect the support legs. The leg folding portion selectively engages with one of the cross members so that the height of the height adjustable folding work platform is adjusted.
