Abstract: Disclosed is a method of operating an electronic device to transmit an RF signal. The method includes: selecting output power of a PA included in the electronic device, which is required when a signal is transmitted through an antenna included in the electronic device; determining input power of the PA corresponding to the output power of the PA by using at least one of a first data point, a second data point, or a plurality of data points stored in a memory included in the electronic device; and controlling output power of an RF transmission circuit included in the electronic device based on the input power, wherein the plurality of data points are generated by being linearly interpolated between the first data point and the second data point. Various embodiments are possible.
