Abstract: A power management method includes monitoring a status of an external interface of external interfaces between the fabric network and at least one host, and a status of an internal interface of internal interfaces between the fabric network and at least one storage device of a plurality of storage devices. The power management method further includes calculating aggregate information of bandwidths of internal interfaces of the plurality of storage devices based on the monitoring, the at least one storage device connected to the at least one host. The method further includes adjusting the bandwidths of the internal interfaces such that the aggregate information of the bandwidths of the internal interfaces is within a threshold range, the threshold range based on a bandwidth of the external interface connected to the at least one host.

Abstract: A quality of service (QoS) management method in a fabric network and a fabric network system using the same are provided. The QoS management method in the fabric network includes receiving QoS information from a host via the fabric network, and allocating one or more storage devices corresponding to the QoS information received from the host to the host by using a performance table which is initially set with respect to storage devices.

Abstract: A spreading code generating device for a Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) communication system. The device comprises a PN (Pseudorandom Noise) code sequence generator for generating PNi and PNq sequences; an orthogonal code generator for generating first and second orthogonal codes which perform Differential Phase Shift Keying (DPSK) state transitions at intervals of at least two chips; and a spreading code generator for generating spreading codes Ci and Cq by mixing the PNi and PNq code sequences with the first and second orthogonal codes such that a present phase of the spreading codes Ci and Cq alternately makes Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) and DPSK state transitions with respect to a previous phase of the spreading codes Ci and Cq.
