    Abstract: An organic light-emitting device includes a cathode electrode disposed so as to face an anode electrode with an organic layer interposed therebetween, a protective encapsulation layer disposed on the cathode electrode and having a trench, and an upper auxiliary electrode buried in the trench so as to come into contact with the cathode electrode. With this configuration, the organic light-emitting device is capable of reducing resistance of each of the anode electrode and the cathode electrode without damage to the organic layer, thus improving brightness uniformity.
