  • Patent number: 10422063
Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing a hollow textile with a core-spun yarn of short-staple wrapped microporous alkali-soluble polyester filament, which includes a foaming microcapsule preparation step, a preparation step of alkali-soluble chips containing foaming microcapsules, a melt foaming and spinning step, and a hollow textile preparation step. In the method for preparing the hollow textile with the core-spun yarn of short-staple wrapped microporous alkali-soluble polyester filament, a hollow yarn or a hollow fabric is made from a polyester filament having a microporous structure through alkali dissolution. The polyester filament having a microporous structure can effectively increase the contact area of the alkali dissolution and has the advantages of high dissolution rate, short dissolution time and complete dissolution.

  • Publication number: 20180105960
Abstract: The present application discloses a novel light flame-retardant heat-insulated warm-retention protective fabric and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the steps of making soluble fibers and wrapping fibers into core spun yarns by ring spun core-spun spinning method, and weaving the made core spun yarns into a grey fabric by a loom; and then dissolving the soluble fibers in the grey fabric, and finally making the grey fabric into the novel light flame-retardant heat-insulated warm-retention protective fabric upon dyeing and finishing procedures. The protective fabric is a hollow yarn fabric and includes conventional woven goods and knit goods, still air will be generated among the yarns. With respect to the protective fabric with flowing air in the prior art, the protective fabric of the present invention has the advantages of better heat insulation and warm retention, lighter weight and stronger comfort.

  • Publication number: 20180105962
Abstract: The present invention discloses a warp-knitted fabric of filament and short staple composite yarn and a preparation method thereof. The warp-knitted fabric of filament and short staple composite yarn is prepared by the corresponding preparation method for the warp-knitted fabric of filament and short staple composite yarn. The preparation method for the warp-knitted fabric of filament and short staple composite yarn has excellent weavability, and can effectively prepare the warp-knitted fabric which is high in size stability, is soft, has high elasticity, is wrinkle-resistant and has an excellent hand feeling and comfort. Moreover, in the preparation method, soluble fiber filaments can be added to prepare a warp-knitted fabric or a 3D interval warp-knitted fabric which is partially or entirely formed by 100% short staple yarns; and low-melting-point filaments can also be added to prepare a warp-knitted fabric which can be randomly cut and has no edge curling variation.

  • Publication number: 20180002837
Abstract: The invention discloses a technology for recovery, regeneration and reuse of soluble textiles. The technology comprises the steps of: the dissolution-controlled soluble polyester fibres are processed into soluble apparel accessories through conventional weaving, dyeing, finishing and tailoring or injection molding; the apparels or the soluble apparel accessories are dissolved under a certain condition, on one hand, the dissolving solution is filtered and solutes are recovered to obtain a high purity of terephthalic acid and ethylene glycol, which are reused to the polymerization of the soluble polyester, and the slices of the soluble polyester are obtained to be re-spun into the soluble fibres for reuse; on the other hand, the incompact and undissolved textiles are treated into an incompact fibre aggregation with good qualities by processes including disinfection, decolourization or redyeing, which are processed into high-quality textile fibres for reuse after drying or softly carding.

  • Publication number: 20170175323
Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing untwisted, hollow, high-count textiles comprising the following steps: a. preparing an alkaline degradable slice; b. preparing a blended spun melt; c. preparing an easily alkaline soluble and degradable fiber by spinning; d. preparing the textiles or an embroidered article. A method for recovering the solute in an alkaline lysis solution comprises an alkaline lysis solution obtained after the degradation of the easily alkaline soluble and degradable fiber is subjected to an acid precipitation, so as to produce terephthalic acid, wherein the waste water obtained by filtering meets the emission standard and is introduced to a biochemistry processing system.
