By arranging a second switch series branch connected to a switch series branch of a switch capacitor converter, and matching a switch in the second switch series branch and a switch in the switch series branch of the switch capacitor converter, a function of a three-level buck converter is achieved, so that the three-level buck converter and the switch capacitor converter are integrated. The quantity of switches is reduced. The volume is small. The costs are low, and high efficiency of a whole process of charging a battery of the electronic device is achieved while supplying power to a power consumption unit of the electronic device.

    Abstract: A power supply conversion structure and an electronic device including the same are provided. By providing a voltage regulating module connected to a switched capacitor converter, the voltage regulating module receives a first voltage of the switched capacitor converter and converts the first voltage into a second voltage, and the second voltage is higher than a voltage of a current battery, so that in the use process of the electronic device, if a voltage output to a load of the electronic device is reduced below a threshold voltage, the voltage output to the load of the electronic device is boosted to be higher than the voltage of the current battery, thus avoiding bad customer experience such as black screen and even shutdown of the electronic device. As the switched capacitor converter and the voltage regulating module operate cooperatively, the number of switches can be reduced.

    Abstract: An output terminal of one phase switched capacitor converter is connected to a first output terminal, and an output terminal of the other phase switched capacitor converter is connected to the first output terminal via a second switch, such that the power conversion structure can operate in a mode of two phase switched-capacitor converters in parallel, and a current formed by the operating of only one phase switched capacitor converter flows through the second switch, thus greatly reducing a value of current flowing through the second switch, greatly reducing the on-state loss of the second switch, and improving the efficiency of the power conversion structure, and because the second switch has lower on-state loss and less heat, there is a larger selectivity of the second switch and a reduction of the cost of power conversion structure.
