Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on a computer storage medium, for estimating a 3-D pose of an object of interest from image and point cloud data. In one aspect, a method includes obtaining an image of an environment; obtaining a point cloud of a three-dimensional region of the environment; generating a fused representation of the image and the point cloud; and processing the fused representation using a pose estimation neural network and in accordance with current values of a plurality of pose estimation network parameters to generate a pose estimation network output that specifies, for each of multiple keypoints, a respective estimated position in the three-dimensional region of the environment.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides compositions and related methods, e.g., for preparing immobilized nucleic acid nanostructures using compaction oligonucleotides. In some embodiments, rolling circle amplification reaction can be conducted with compaction oligonucleotides on-support or in-solution to generate concatemer molecules having multiple copies of a polynucleotide unit arranged in tandem. Each polynucleotide unit comprises a sequence-of-interest and at least one universal adaptor sequence that binds one end of a compaction oligonucleotide. The 5? and 3? regions of the compaction oligonucleotide can hybridize to the concatemer to pull together distal portions of the concatemer causing compaction of the concatemer to form a nanostructure. Nanostructures having tighter size and shape compared to concatemers generated in the absence of the compaction oligonucleotides.

Abstract: Disclosed is a window air conditioner having a constant temperature dehumidification mode. A first indoor heat exchanger and a second indoor heat exchanger of the air conditioner are stacked in an air inlet direction of an indoor air duct of the air conditioner. In the constant temperature dehumidification mode, one of the indoor heat exchangers is configured to be in a heating mode, and the other one is configured to be in a cooling mode. In this way, both fresh air and indoor air may be dehumidified and heated, a user may feel the fresh air and the temperature of the dehumidified air is comfortable.

Pixels of a frame of picture data are segmented to create pixel segments by applying a k-means algorithm. The k-means algorithm groups pixels based on closeness of a combined value that includes luma, chroma, and motion information. By balancing this information the algorithm collects pixels into groups that are assigned relative depths to turn the two-dimensional information into three-dimensional information for display. Another method includes determining a depth map for the different pixel segments by determining an amount of motion of one of the pixel segments between two frames of a video and scaling the three-dimensional depth of one of the pixel segments based on the amount of motion between the two frames.

Then, create stored procedure of acquiring relevant switch status for each kind of switch needed for polling of switch status, and data will be filtered out and switch status will be judged via the related stored procedures, and write the status values into relevant switch status interface table; finally create regularly-executed tasks to regularly schedule each stored procedure required to poll switch status. The whole process is composed of three parts: i.e., create relevant switch status interface table; create stored procedure of acquiring switch status and setting status value; regularly-executed tasks.
