    Abstract: Example implementations relate to an inspection method for training a measurement machine to accurately measure side joint lengths and detecting a defect among a plurality of solder joints. The method includes receiving a first data representing the side joint lengths of the plurality of solder joints measured by a first measurement machine and a second data representing the side joint lengths measured by a second measurement machine. Further, the method includes determining a correlation value based on a statistical analysis of a relationship between the first data and the second data. The method further includes updating an algorithm used by the first measurement machine to measure the side joint lengths, based on the correlation value to reduce deviation between the first data and the second data. Later, the updated algorithm is used as a dimensional metrology in the first measurement machine for detecting the defect in the solder joints.

    Abstract: A passive heat switch device is disclosed that includes a casing defining a closed channel, as well as a passive thermal actuator and liquid slug positioned inside the closed channel. The closed channel includes a heat conducting region made of a heat conducting material and an insulating region made of an insulating material. The passive thermal actuator is thermally coupled to the heat conducting material of the heat conducting region and extends into the insulating region of the closed channel. The passive thermal actuator deforms when an actuator temperature falls within a switching temperature range. The liquid slug is positioned within the closed channel and contacts at least a portion of the passive thermal actuator and the closed channel and is configured to move along the closed channel between the insulating region and the thermally conductive region in response to deformation of the passive thermal actuator.

    Abstract: An aftertreatment system for reducing constituents of an exhaust gas having a sulfur content includes: an oxidation catalyst; a filter disposed downstream of the oxidation catalyst; and a controller configured, in response to determining that the filter is to be regenerated and a desulfation condition being satisfied, to: cause a temperature of the oxidation catalyst to increase to a first regeneration temperature that is greater than or equal to 400 degrees Celsius and less than 550 degrees Celsius; cause the temperature of the oxidation catalyst to be maintained at the first regeneration temperature for a first time period; and after the first time period, cause the temperature of the oxidation catalyst to increase to a second regeneration temperature equal to or greater than 550 degrees Celsius.

    Abstract: The present invention discloses a mixture of fucosylated chondroitin sulfate oligosaccharides having an average molecular weight between 2700 Da and 3600 Da, in which 90% of total components has a molecular weight between 1800 Da and 5400 Da. The mixture of fucosylated chondroitin sulfate oligosaccharide of the present invention has very low anti-FIIa factor activity, very low anti-FXa factor activity, very high anti-FXase factor activity, i.e., having a significant activity in selectively inhibiting intrinsic FXase, and a significant antithrombotic activity and no risk of bleeding and hypotension that are proved through animal experiments. The present invention also discloses a method for rapidly producing fucosylated chondroitin sulfate oligosaccharides by using sea cucumber as raw material, and the method includes: intercepting and concentrating crude polysaccharide with a membrane, deacetylation with hydrazine, pyrolysis with nitrous acid, reduction with sodium borohydride, membrane separation, etc.
