    Abstract: A terminal structure includes a first wiring layer, an insulation layer covering the first wiring layer, an opening extending through the insulation layer, via wiring formed in the opening, a second wiring layer electrically connected to the via wiring on the insulation layer, a protective metal layer formed on the second wiring layer, a solder layer formed on the protective metal layer, and an intermetallic compound layer formed between the protective metal layer and the solder layer. The protective metal layer includes a projection projecting further outward from a side surface of the second wiring layer. The intermetallic compound layer covers only the upper surface of the protective metal layer. The solder layer covers only an upper surface of the intermetallic compound layer and exposes the side surfaces of the intermetallic compound layer, the protective metal layer, and the second wiring layer.

    Abstract: A distributed control system includes a tree topology network or a daisy-chain network including a communication parent station, communication child stations, and a plurality of communication paths among the communication parent station and the communication child stations, in which the communication parent station and the communication child stations include a scheduling unit that controls a transfer cycle that is temporal intervals of data transfer. The scheduling unit sets the transfer cycle that is the fastest out of a plurality of the data as a reference cycle, counts the number of times each time the reference cycle elapses, and imparts a value of the number of times to the reference cycle as a cycle number. When the cycle number reaches an optional number, the number of times is returned to an initial value, which makes one cycle of transfer control, and the transfer control is repeatedly executed.

The cutting unit has a main case surrounding the reel blade to define a space for carrying grass clippings in a rotating direction of the reel blade to a top level of the reel blade. A guide member is connected to the main case for receiving the grass clippings carried to the top level. The guide member defines a grass receiving space having a grass discharge opening. The grass discharge opening is connected to a grass catcher through a duct.
