  • Patent number: 9334862
Abstract: A pump housing of a gear pump and a stator of an electric motor are fastened to each other with bolts via a front insulator. Dowel pins are inserted in respective through-holes that are formed in the front insulator at equal intervals in a circumferential direction so as to be located next to insertion holes for the bolts. Respective end portions of each dowel pin are in contact with a bottom face of the pump housing and a pump-side surface of the stator core, and the pump housing and the front insulator are fixed to each other such that a slight gap is formed between the pump housing and the front insulator.

  • Patent number: 9291163
Abstract: A pump includes a second housing member in which a suction-side groove and a discharge-side groove are formed at a predetermined interval in a circumferential direction of a bottom of a pump chamber so as to be recessed in the bottom of the pump chamber. Fitting portions that are fitted to bosses are formed on an outer surface of the second housing member. A protruding portion, which overlaps with the bosses in a thickness direction, is formed so as to protrude from a surface of the housing on which the fitting portions are formed. A relief valve is provided in the protruding portion, and the relief valve discharges fluid from the discharge-side groove when pressure in the discharge-side groove is equal to or higher than predetermined pressure.

  • Patent number: 9175680
Abstract: A stator is fixedly fastened at its outer periphery by a cylindrical and thin metal collar. One end of the collar is engaged with a pump housing. Multiple metal nuts are embedded in insulators fitted to stator cores through insert molding. The stator of a brushless motor is fixed by screwing bolts passed through the pump housing from a pump plate, to nuts embedded in the insulators.

  • Patent number: 5952631
Abstract: A handle post slants from a neutral position in response to an operational force being applied thereto. A coil spring has a configuration that, through a middle portion of the coil spring, a space is provided between each adjacent turns of the line material which constitutes the coil spring, and, through the remaining two side portions of the coil spring, no space is provided between each adjacent turns of the line material. One end of the coil spring is connected with the handle post. A supporting member is connected with the other end of the coil spring. The supporting member supports the handle post via the coil spring in a manner in which the handle post can slant with respect to the supporting member from the neutral position.
