    Abstract: During operation of an indoor unit, the inside of a casing is easily seen while a front panel is moving away from the front surface of the casing, and hence the appearance of the indoor unit is deteriorated. An indoor unit of the present invention includes a casing and a front panel provided forward of the casing and movable away from the front surface of the casing. The front surface of the casing (the front surface of a front grill) is curved at around its ends in the longitudinal direction so that the thickness of the indoor unit increases toward a central part in the longitudinal direction. The front panel is curved so that its central part protrudes forward and includes extension parts which extend outward as compared to the ends of the front surface of the casing (the front surface of the front grill).

An indoor unit of the present invention includes a casing, a front panel provided forward of the casing, and a filter arranged to be attachable to a mounting position to cover an opening formed on a front surface of the casing. On the front surface of the casing, a protruding wall surface is provided around a lower end portion of the opening to protrude forward, a front end of the protruding wall being curved so that a central part of the front end protrudes forward. The front panel is rotatable relative to the casing so that the lower end portion thereof moves forward, and the protruding wall surface is inclined forward in a downward direction.

    Abstract: An air conditioner executes a heating operation using at least a high pressure refrigerant, and includes a refrigerant circuit configured to execute a vapor compression refrigeration cycle. The refrigerant circuit includes a convective heat exchanger, a radiant heat exchanger, an open/close valve and a check valve. The convective heat exchanger executes heat exchange between the high pressure refrigerant flowing inside and an air flowing towards outside. The radiant heat exchanger heats a predetermined member using the high pressure refrigerant flowing inside to cause the predetermined member to emit a radiant heat. The open/close valve is disposed upstream of the radiant heat exchanger in order to block a flow path of the high pressure refrigerant flowing towards the radiant heat exchanger during the heating operation. The check valve is disposed between the radiant heat exchanger and the open/close valve.

    Abstract: There are provided a transparent conductive formed article for a touch panel, having a conductive layer which is excellent in abrasion resistance and elasticity, shows little change in surface resistivity at the time of the use of a touch panel, and does not change hues of the transmitting light, and a touch panel that use the same. The ultra fine conductive fibers of the transparent conductive layer 12 are dispersed without aggregation and dispersed and contacted with one another in a state in which said fibers are separated one by one or in a state in which a bundle formed by the gathering of two or more fibers is separated from other bundles.
