[Solution] A bone conduction acoustic transmission device according to the present invention is provided with a first magnetic body placed in contact with or embedded in the head of a living body beforehand, and a coil unit provided separately from the first magnetic body. The coil unit has a coil configured using a predetermined casing that can be mounted on the first magnetic body and a second magnetic body which is provided in a predetermined position of the casing and does not vibrate due to the coil, and the first magnetic body vibrates as a result of applying an acoustic signal to the coil with the coil unit mounted on the head.
