  • Patent number: 5926946
Abstract: Two sets of a combination of an iron core formed of laminated strip-shaped electromagnetic steel plates and a coil are arranged in parallel, and these are abutted via core gap spacers against two iron cores formed of laminated trapezoidal electromagnetic steel plates, so that a square-shaped magnetic path is formed. Two outside iron cores of the four iron cores are coupled and fixed with metal fittings. With such an arrangement, the coil is divided into two, with increased surface areas of the coils and therefore an improved cooling characteristic. Further, since the electromagnetic steel plates used for the iron cores can be formed into simple shapes, electromagnetic steel plates of various sizes can be easily manufactured, so that iron cores of optimum dimensions can be provided, optionally depending on the type of the reactor.

  • Patent number: 5236142
Abstract: A feed yarn package conveyor system which is capable of automatically conveying feed yarn package to a doubler. It comprises a discharge conveyor and a feed conveyor along the front and rear sides of a machine base; conveyors arranged in two rows on the right and left sides of each spindle, divided to the front and rear; a series of conveyors ranging from the discharge conveyor to the feed conveyor being declined towards the front of the machine base, with the front conveyor on the side of each spindle being set in a take-up position, such that the conveyors will be declined towards a center when feed yarn packages have been received thereat.

  • Patent number: 5149001
Abstract: Method and apparatus for separating a doubled yarn into single yarns in order to piece a doubled yarn. The doubled yarn is separated by separating members such as a clamper opened and closed in a manner of scissors, push- and separate member having an extreme end sharpened, and a plurality of yarn separating rollers having tapered portions being placed in contact with each other. Feelers or sensors may be located to provide a yarn separation signal.
