  • Publication number: 20240114241
Abstract: A lens apparatus attachable to an image pickup apparatus includes a first optical system, a second optical system, and a driving unit that moves at least one of the first optical system and the second optical system in an optical axis direction. The lens apparatus is configured to switch between a first driving mode for performing autofocus by moving both the first optical system and the second optical system in optical axis directions of the first optical system and the second optical system via the driving unit, and a second driving mode for adjusting a difference in imaging position for a same object image between the first optical system and the second optical system by moving the at least one of the first optical system and the second optical system in the optical axis direction via the driving unit.

  • Publication number: 20240019737
Abstract: An optical system includes, in order from a side of an exit pupil to a side of a display element, a polarization selective half-transmissive reflective element, a first quarter waveplate, an optical member including a half-transmissive reflective surface, a second quarter waveplate, and a polarizer, and is configured to guide light from the display element to the exit pupil. The optical system is changeable between a first state in which polarization directions of the polarization selective half-transmissive reflective element and the polarizer are orthogonal to each other, and a second state in which the polarization directions of the polarization selective half-transmissive reflective element and the polarizer coincide with each other.

  • Patent number: 10848736
Abstract: An electronic apparatus that is capable of obtaining a correct base length even if at least one of photographing modules is attached to any slot different from an original slot at any timing. First and second photographing modules are respectively attached to any two of attachment regions of a body of the electronic apparatus. A photographing unit photographs in a compound eye mode using the photographing modules. An obtaining unit obtains two pieces of coordinate information about optical axes of the photographing modules from the photographing modules. A storage unit stores positional information about the attachment regions. A calculation unit calculates a base length by obtaining the coordinate information about the optical axes and the positional information about the attachment regions in a case where one of a state of the photographing modules and a state of the body of the electronic apparatus changes.

  • Patent number: 10623624
Abstract: An electronic apparatus that achieves a function of a compound eye camera using a plurality of photographing modules and that improves AF accuracy even if environmental conditions vary or even if a state is changed by impact from outside. The electronic apparatus includes two photographing modules. A first obtaining unit performs contrast AF by one of the two photographing modules to obtain a first focus detection result. A second obtaining unit calculates an object distance from parallax information between the two photographing modules to obtain a second focus detection result. A correction unit corrects a calculation result of the object distance obtained by the second obtaining unit in a case where a state of at least one of the two photographing modules and a body of the electronic apparatus varies and where a difference between the first and second focus detection results is more than a threshold.

  • Patent number: 10151934
Abstract: A technique enabling accurate positioning of a flexible printed circuit board and a magnetic sensor to an image blur correction device. A lens holding section holds a correction lens in a manner movable in a first direction and a second direction orthogonal to the first direction. A Hall element is mounted on the flexible printed circuit board to detect change in magnetic field of a magnet provided in the lens holding section. A Hall element-holding section holds the Hall element. An area of the flexible printed circuit board where the Hall element is mounted is locked to the Hall element-holding section in a manner movable in the first direction in a state restricted in movement in the second direction. The Hall element is movable relative to the Hall element-holding section in the second direction, in a state restricted in movement in the first direction.
