Abstract: The present disclosure relates to an electric brake system for an electric vehicle, which is more economical by simplifying a configuration of an electric vehicle that includes a main service brake and an electromagnetic brake, the electric brake system including an inductor, in a spherical shape, formed so that a drive axle penetrates through a center portion of the inductor; a plurality of springs inserted into holes defined in the inductor; an armature, in a disk shape, provided to contact the spring; and a friction disk mounted on a side of a motor, where a braking force is generated by operating the friction disk toward the armature.

Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a system for regenerating a DPF and a method thereof. The system for regenerating a DPF during operation of an engine-powered forklift that includes the DPF for collecting particulate matter form exhaust gas discharged from an engine to an exhaust path includes: an engine control unit for controlling operation of the engine; an electro-hydraulic pump for discharging a working fluid that generates a hydraulic load; a control unit for determining a state of the forklift when a DPF regeneration request signal is received from the engine control unit, and controlling at least one of the hydraulic load of the electro-hydraulic pump and revolutions per minute of the engine according to the determined state of the forklift; and a diesel oxidation catalyst unit for regenerating the DPF according to the control of the control unit.

Abstract: A forklift according to an exemplary embodiment of the present disclosure includes: a first hydraulic pump and a second hydraulic pump each of which generates a working fluid; a lift cylinder which raises or lowers a carriage; a first hydraulic line which supplies the working fluid from the first hydraulic pump to the lift cylinder and a second hydraulic line which supplies the working fluid from the second hydraulic pump to the lift cylinder; a first lift spool which controls the working fluid to be supplied to the lift cylinder through the first hydraulic line and a second lift spool which controls the working fluid to be supplied to the lift cylinder through the second hydraulic line; a first pilot line which transmits a pilot signal for operating the first lift spool and a second pilot line which transmits a pilot signal for operating the second lift spool; and an opening/closing valve which selectively closes any one of the first pilot line and the second pilot line.
