In the medical pressure-sensitive adhesive sheet, a thickness of the urethane substrate is a value within the range of from 1 to 10 ?m, a thickness of the interlayer adhesive layer is a value within the range of from 5 to 30 ?m, the olefin nonwoven fabric is constituted with a polypropylene-based thermoplastic elastomer and has a maximum point elongation percentage of a value of 200% or more in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, respectively, and a thickness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer for pasting is a value within the range of from 5 to 45 ?m.
