  • Patent number: 9350345
Abstract: An input device, a display device and an electronic apparatus are disclosed. The input device includes a substrate with a main surface. First and second detection electrodes, first and second connecting electrodes, first and second insulating layer are disposed on the main surface. The first and second detection electrodes are aligned in first and second directions, respectively. The first connecting electrodes each connect two of the neighboring first detection electrodes. The second connecting electrodes each connect two of the neighboring second detection electrodes. The first insulating layer is located on the first connecting electrode. The second insulating layer is disposed between the main surface of the substrate, and at least one of the first and second detection electrodes and the first connecting electrodes. The second insulating layer separates the main surface from the at least one of the first and second detection electrodes and the first connecting electrodes.

  • Patent number: 7893600
Abstract: A capacitor-built-in type piezoelectric resonator which is thin and small in size, and has high reliability is formed by forming a pair of vibrating electrodes on both principal surfaces of a piezoelectric substrate, and joining a sealing substrate made of a ceramic material to form a capacitance via a frame onto one vibrating electrode, and joining a sealing substrate made of a resin material via a frame onto the other vibrating electrode.

  • Patent number: 7745980
Abstract: There is provided a piezoelectric resonant element having excellent electrical characteristics in which spurious is suppressed. The piezoelectric resonant element (10) is constituted by sticking a pair of oscillatory electrodes (12, 13), respectively, to both major surfaces of a rectangular piezoelectric substrate (11). In the nonopposing regions of both the oscillatory electrodes (12, 13), extending portions (12c, 13c) are provided to extend in the opposite directions outward from the center X of the opposing region.
