  • Patent number: 7645349
Abstract: A sintered permanent magnet having a composition comprising, by mass, 27-33.5% of R, which is at least one of rare earth elements including Y, 0.5-2% of B, 0.002-0.15% of N, 0.25% or less of O, 0.15% or less of C, and 0.001-0.05% of P, the balance being Fe, wherein it is in the shape of a ring having an outer diameter of 10-100 mm, an inner diameter of 8-96 mm, and a height of 10-70 mm, with a plurality of magnetic poles axially extending on an outer circumferential surface. The distribution of a surface magnetic flux density B0 on magnetic poles in an axial direction of the ring magnet is in a range of 92.5% or more of the maximum of B0.

  • Patent number: 7487646
Abstract: A head-side inflow/outflow unit (60) and a foot-side inflow/outflow unit (70), which have a respective outlet opening (61, 71) for providing a supply of conditioned air to a sleeping compartment (11) within a capsule main body (20) and a respective inlet opening (62, 72), associated with the outlet opening (61, 71), for drawing in internal air of the sleeping compartment (11), are provided. The air-conditioning capacity of conditioned air supplied through each of the outlet openings (61, 71) is controlled such that the temperature of conditioned air supplied through the outlet opening (61) of the head-side inflow/outflow unit (60) falls below the temperature of conditioned air supplied through the outlet opening (71) of the foot-side inflow/outflow unit (70).

  • Patent number: 5211219
Abstract: An air conditioner comprising a casing, an air flow passage extending from an air inlet at the upper side of the casing to an air outlet at the lower side of the casing. A cross flow fan is provided within the casing along with a heat exchanger composed by connecting fins through which air is allowed to pass to the outer surface of the heat transfer tube along the lengthwise direction thereof. The heat transfer tube is branched into a plurality of passes in the heat exchanger. The present invention is characterized in that the heat transfer tube is disposed in a direction crossing the axial direction of the cross flow fan. Even if drift of flowing air is caused by the cross flow fan, distribution in the air flow speed and distribution of heat exchanger can be made equal and heat exchanging capacity of high level can be obtained, without causing the trouble of condensed water from the heat exchanger falling into the air flow passage.
