  • Publication number: 20250145955
Abstract: The invention provides a kit and a method for extracting cell mitochondria in vitro. The kit comprises an extracting solution A, an extracting solution B, an extracting solution C and a storage solution, wherein the extracting solution A comprises EDTA (Ethylene Diamine Tetraacetic Acid), sodium lactate and sodium chloride, the extracting solution B is a heparin solution, the extracting solution C comprises mannitol, EDTA, sodium lactate and sodium chloride, and the storage solution comprises mannitol, EDTA, sodium lactate, succinic acid, sodium pyruvate and sodium chloride. The functions of mitochondria can be better maintained in vitro by utilizing the extracting solution and the storage solution, the interval time from mitochondria extraction to mitochondria application to the body of a patient is prolonged, and beneficial help is provided for clinical application of mitochondria transplantation.

  • Patent number: 10776681
Abstract: A transaction card has a 3D printing graphic surface and a card base. The card base comprises in order from top to bottom: a front protective film layer, a front substrate layer, an intermediate INLAY layer, a back substrate layer, a back printing graphic layer, and a back protective film layer. The upper surface of the front protective film layer is adhered with a 3D printing graphic layer with a height of 0.05-0.46 mm. The transaction card is uniquely designed with a 3D printing graphic effect incorporated in the card surfaces, therefore the overall quality of the card is improved, allowing the transaction card to be widely used in financial, transport, social security, medical care, schools, security service and other fields.

  • Patent number: 8407619
Abstract: A computer implemented method, apparatus, article of manufacture and storage medium, provide the ability to select and highlight objects. A rendered image (containing one or more rendered objects) is displayed in a client browser on a client computer. A run length encoded (RLE) selection buffer is received, from a server across a network, into the client browser. The selection buffer provides a mapping of each pixel from the rendered image to rendered objects. User input is accepted that identifies a location of a cursor with respect to the rendered image. A determination is made, on the client computer, regarding which of the rendered objects has been selected based on the user input and the RLE selection buffer. The selected rendered object is then displayed in a visually distinguishable manner.
