  • Patent number: 7902470
Abstract: Disclosed is a decorative key sheet of high visibility which is superior in terms of design and helps to maintain a quality appearance, which enables an operator to perform input operation safely, and which is of a thin type. The decorative key sheet is formed as a thin sheet including an operation plate, a film sheet, and a base sheet. A fine asperity pattern is provided on a front surface side of an operation plate. Further, a light reflection layer enhancing the visibility of the fine asperity pattern is provided on a back surface of the operation plate. The operation plate is transparent. The fine asperity pattern is formed on a resin layer.

  • Patent number: 7598466
Abstract: Disclosed is a thin key sheet in which the adhesive is prevented from being squeezed out and in which adhesive marks and bubble marks are hard to be visible. An adhesive layer is in a dot pattern formed by a plurality of dots spaced apart from each other by gaps, so when attaching a key top and a base sheet to each other through an intermediation of the adhesive layer, it is possible to allow air to escape through the gaps, and bubbles recognizable to a naked eye are not easily trapped by the interior of the adhesion layer or an interface between the adhesive layer and the key top. Further, since the adhesive layer is a screen print layer, a dimension of elements of fine pattern thereof can be on an order of microns, thereby making the fine pattern of the adhesive layer hard to be visible through the key top.

  • Patent number: 7465889
Abstract: According to the present invention, there is provided a pushbutton switch cover sheet providing a unique design. A pushbutton switch cover sheet is provided with an operation plate of metal or hard resin having dividing grooves defining depressing operation members capable of displacement through depression. Therefore, there is no need to provide the casing of the apparatus with a frame defining key tops, making it possible to impart a novel design to the apparatus. The operation plate is formed as a thin plate, so it is possible to reduce a thickness of the apparatus as a whole. Further, the dividing grooves are provided with in-groove protrusions protruding into the dividing grooves and groove filling members fixed to the groove inner side surfaces and formed of a rubber-like elastic material, thereby making it possible to provide a pushbutton switch cover sheet of a high level of safety in which there is no fear of fingers being injured by the dividing grooves.
