  • Patent number: 9926923
Abstract: A film is sandwiched between a first plate and a second plate. Outer convex parts formed on the second plate are formed so that their protrusion height dimension is larger than that of an inner convex part. Each outer convex part is formed so that its width dimension is smaller than the inner convex part. When the first plate and second plate are face-joined together, the film is sandwiched between outer concave parts and the outer convex parts, after which the film is sandwiched between an inner concave part and an inner convex part and a tension is applied to a diaphragm part stretched in concave flow paths.

  • Publication number: 20140042066
Abstract: A column container is formed in a bonding portion between a first support plate and a second support plate, and a column is held in the column container. An inlet channel connects the column container to a liquid inlet port. The inlet channel includes a first channel having a small diameter and a second channel having an increasing diameter. An inner surface of the second channel is a hemispherical surface. The radius of the column container is substantially the same as the radius of the hemispherical surface. The distance from an inflow end of the column to the boundary between the first channel and the second channel is substantially the same as the radius of the hemispherical surface.

  • Patent number: 5566124
Abstract: An improved video RAM (1) is disclosed which is capable of reading at a high speed a data signal necessary for image processing. The data signal stored in a row of memory cells designated by a row decoder (13) is held in a serial register (4). A mode decoder (8) is responsive to externally provided interval data to control a counter (7) such that the counter (7) generates internal addresses SY0 to SY7 incrementing at the designated intervals. A serial decoder (6) is responsive to the internal addresses SY0 to SY7 to designate the serial register (4) at the designated intervals. Accordingly, only required data is provided from the serial register (4), with the result that desired data can be provided in a short period of time.

  • Patent number: 5079745
Abstract: A voltage amplifier comprises a pair of bit lines (B1, B2) connected to a dummy cell and a plurality of memory cells; a pair of n channel MOS transistors (Q1, Q2) connected between the pair of bit lines and an I/O line each operating in response to the potential of the other bit line; and a pair of p channel MOS transistors (Q5, Q6) connected between the pair of n channel MOS transistors (Q1, Q2) and the bit lines (B1, B2) operating in response to the ground potential. As the voltage difference of the pair of bit lines is amplified, the p channel MOS transistor connected to the bit line held at the lower potential turns on, and the connection between the bit line and the n channel MOS transistor is cut off.
