  • Publication number: 20220130556
Abstract: A health management apparatus according to an embodiment is provided with processing circuitry. The processing circuitry is configured to acquire vital data and activity history information of a subject. The processing circuitry is configured to estimate a disease candidate of the subject based on the acquired vital data and the acquired activity history information. The processing circuitry is configured to cause a display, a speaker, or a terminal to output a notification regarding the estimated disease candidate or an interview item for determining a disease of the subject from the disease candidate. The activity history information includes at least information on a temperature of a space around the subject, information on a movement history of the subject, and a history of position information of the subject.

  • Publication number: 20220028534
Abstract: A clinical decision-making support apparatus according to an embodiment includes: processing circuitry that acquires disease, patient, medical, and personal information about at least an event that is specific to the subject, specifies an option about a treatment method for the disease, based on the disease, patient, and medical information, decides a treatment schedule about the method for the option, based on the disease, patient and medical information, and calculates an event schedule about the specific event in a period for which the method for the option is to be performed, based on the personal information, the method, and the treatment schedule; and a communication interface that transmits, to a terminal apparatus, display data expressing the event schedule and the event related to the treatment schedule, and the treatment schedule for each option in time series.

  • Publication number: 20210174951
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a device management apparatus includes processing circuitry. The processing circuitry acquires information indicating occurrence of a first failure prediction of a first device. The processing circuitry adjusts detection sensitivity of a second failure prediction of a second device relating to the information based on relevance between the first device and the second device. The second device is different from the first device.

  • Patent number: 10413270
Abstract: According to one embodiment, a medical image diagnostic apparatus includes a holding device, a driving unit, a first encoder, a second encoder, and processing circuitry. The holding device holds an X-ray generator and an X-ray detector such that the X-ray generator and the X-ray detector are rotatable. The driving unit transmits a rotating force of a driving motor to a rotation axis through a power transmission mechanism. The first encoder detects a rotation of the driving motor. The second encoder detects a rotation of the rotation axis. The processing circuitry detects an abnormal state of the power transmission mechanism, based on a time difference between a first pulse output from the first encoder and a corresponding second pulse output from the second encoder.

  • Patent number: 6303094
Abstract: The present invention relates to a novel method of manufacturing carbon nanotubes and a method of manufacturing a nanotube film that is composed of a multitude of carbon nanotubes so oriented as to extend along a thickness direction of the film. The present invention further relates to a structure equipped with a carbon nanotube film formed on a surface of a base plate portion. In the method of the present invention, SiC is heated under vacuum to remove silicon atoms from the SiC, whereby the carbon nanotubes are formed at a portion of the SiC where the silicon atoms have been removed. This method makes it possible to manufacture carbon nanotubes with high yields as well as high purity. The carbon nanotubes formed according to this method tend to be oriented perpendicularly to the surface of the SiC crystal. Thus, it is possible to obtain a nanotube film composed of the aforementioned carbon nanotubes with a high degree of orientation.
