  • Patent number: 6798085
Abstract: A position detection device enables an accurate detection of a position of a moving object. Two cam surfaces are formed on an outer peripheral surface of a rotary body (22) and micros-witches (38, 39) are brought into contact with respective cam surfaces and a logic (L, H) can be established based on signals from two switches.

  • Patent number: 6445147
Abstract: An open/close body control system for a vehicle can stabilize outputs of a pair of electrically operated motors (M1, M2) which drive an open/close body for a vehicle. Speeds of the electrically-operated motor (M1, M2) are synchronously controlled such that predictive positions (XLt+1, XRt+1) of electrically-operated motor (M1, M2) after a lapse of a unit time gradually approach a target position (XTRG) calculated based on present positions (XLt, XRt) and a target speed (&Dgr;XTRG) of the electrically-operated motors (M1, M2).

  • Patent number: 6353300
Abstract: In an open roof operating method, when a pulse of a value equal to or greater than a set value is inputted to an ECU when the outputting of motors is stopped, simultaneous operations of respective components are stopped. By adding a sequential non-interference operation flow to a simultaneous operation flow, the interference among respective components under specific conditions can be obviated.

  • Patent number: 4713767
Abstract: A vehicle position calculating apparatus has relative position calculating means for calculating a relative vehicle position with respect to a reference position and absolute position calculating means for calculating an absolute vehicle position from fixed-station absolute position information and vehicle bearing information which are obtained from a radio wave transmitted from a fixed station and the above-described relative vehicle position. The relative position calculating means includes means for calculating a present vehicle position by employing absolute positions successively obtained as new reference positions. Accordingly, it is possible to accurately obtain an absolute present vehicle position.
