Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects. a user equipment (UE) may transmit a first message of a four-step random access channel (RACH) procedure to a base station. The UE may receive a second message of the four-step RACH procedure. The UE may transmit a third message of the four-step RACH procedure. The UE may determine that the third message was not successfully decoded by the base station. The UE may retransmit the third message based at least in part on applying a power boosting algorithm to increase an uplink transmission power. wherein the power boosting algorithm is applied based at least in part on a power offset between the third message and the first message satisfying a threshold and a transmit power control (TPC) command not being received from the base station. Abstract: The tracing method according to the present disclosure includes: coding solar cells disposed in a loading frame according to a frame code of a loading frame, such that each respective solar cell has a respective cell code; obtaining respective process information of the respective solar cell according to a loading order, where the process information includes a code of a process carrier, a code of a workbench and a position code of a solar cell in the process carrier; uploading cell codes and process information of the solar cells to a computer system; and recording and associating, by the computer system, the respective cell code and the respective process information.

Abstract: Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station associated with a first radio access technology (RAT), a neighbor cell list including entries for at least a first set of neighbor cells and a second set of neighbor cells, the first set of neighbor cells and the second set of neighbor cells associated with a second RAT. The UE may determine that the first set of neighbor cells is associated with a first network operator and that the second set of neighbor cells is associated with a second network operator. The UE may measure at least one neighbor cell of the neighbor cell list based at least in part on prioritization of the first set of neighbor cells relative to the second set of neighbor cells.
