    Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for enhancing the activity of a photosensitizer by a magnetic field, in which the photosensitizer is placed in the magnetic field under light conditions, thus improving the cytotoxicity of the photosensitizer to tumor cells and increasing the activity of the photosensitizer, thereby further enhancing the apoptosis of cancer cells or an inhibitory effect on tumor tissue by using photodynamic treatment methods, which helps to improve an effect of photodynamic therapy.
