  • Publication number: 20200328769
Abstract: A signal receiving circuit amplifies a radio frequency signal by using a first radio frequency amplifier, and outputs a first amplified signal in a same phase; amplifies the radio frequency signal by using a second radio frequency amplifier, and outputs a second amplified signal at an inverse phase. A first mixer mixes a first local oscillator signal with the first amplified signal to obtain a first frequency mixing signal; a second mixer mix a second local oscillator signal with the second amplified signal to obtain a second frequency mixing signal, where a phase of the first local oscillator signal is opposite to a phase of the second local oscillator signal; and after adding the first frequency mixing signal and the second frequency mixing signal, an output interface outputs the first frequency mixing signal and the second frequency mixing signal.

  • Patent number: 10626387
Abstract: The present invention discloses a lysin that is capable of killing Staphylococcus and the use thereof, belonging to the field of biological agents. The present invention discloses the amino acid sequence and the encoding gene sequence of the lysin. This lysin keeps active in a wide range of pH. It has lytic activity against Staphylococcus in pH 4-11. The recombinant protease constructed by the encoding gene can be solubly expressed in E. coli strain BL21 (DE3). The lysin can be used to effectively kill multiple species Staphylococcus in vitro, including methicillin sensitive Staphylococcus aureus (MSSA) and methicillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) isolated in clinics. This lysin can be used as an antibiotic for the treatment of staphylococcal infections in vivo. This lysin is also able to rapidly lyse staphylococcal cell wall; as a result, intracellular substances such as ATP and DNA are released. Those released substances can be used to detect the type of Staphylococcus.

  • Patent number: 10612054
Abstract: The present invention discloses a single-cell factory for efficiently synthesizing ?-aminobutyric acid and construction and application thereof, which belong to the technical field of microorganisms. The present invention expresses an L-threonine deaminase gene, an L-amino acid dehydrogenase gene and a dehydrogenase gene for providing cofactor NADH cycle in tandem to construct a recombinant Escherichia coli single-cell factory which is used for efficiently synthesizing ?-aminobutyric acid. The expression level of the L-threonine deaminase is optimized and controlled by an RBS sequence, so that the problem of transformation inhibition caused by the rapid accumulation of an intermediate product ketobutyric acid is solved, moreover, the expression level of the dehydrogenase for providing cofactor NADH cycle is optimized and controlled by a promoter and an RBS sequence, consequently, the NADH regeneration rate is increased, and ultimately, yield is increased.

  • Publication number: 20160054836
Abstract: A touch panel comprises a substrate, a wire structure, a sensing electrode structure comprised first sensing arrays and second sensor arrays defining a touch region, and a first connecting component located in a non-touch region. The wire structure is disposed in the non-touch region and electrically coupled with the sensing electrode structure and the first connecting component. The wire structure comprises first signal wires, second signal wires and an insulation component, wherein each of the first signal wires is either on one side of the second sensing arrays and disposed between the substrate and the insulation component, or is disposed correspondingly on the insulation component. By separating the wire structure into an upper layer and a lower layer, the width of the wire structure and hence that of the frame are reduced in the touch panel.
